Whether you are actively part of our parish or you are just beginning to find out about the Catholic faith, Pope Francis reminds us that we are “a people advancing on its pilgrim way towards God.”
If you are seeking to grow in your faith consider meeting one of the priests to help answer any questions or help point you in a good direction of study.
Throughout the course of the year the parish offers prayer groups, bible studies, and other opportunities to learn the faith so check the bulletin and upcoming calendar.

Are you interested in becoming Catholic? Already baptized in another faith but wish to become Catholic? In need of the Sacraments of Eucharist and Confirmation? Take a look into our R.C.I.A. Program.
For children our program is dived into two programs: Our Parish School and our Religious Education Program.
Our school, accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, has as its mission “to provide excellent opportunities for all students to reach their full potential at each stage of their development.” There are approximately 240 students in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade, and the curriculum follows guidelines set forth by both New York State and the Archdiocese of New York.
St. Joseph’s Religious Education program, under the direction of Antoinette Gilligan, seeks to impart knowledge of the faith into which our children have been baptized, and to support parents and children through lessons, activities, liturgy, and preparation for the sacraments of Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation. Classes for First through 8th Grades are offered each Wednesday during the school year.
